Start a Team. Rally your community. Raise Funds. Create Change.
During the Point in Time Count 2027 planning season, we can make an even greater impact by creating fundraising teams! Invite your friends, family, coworkers and community to help support our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
Every dollar raised will provide flexible funding for our local partners to use to meet immediate, critical needs for the people they serve.
This resource can help address unexpected barriers such as critical document expenses, housing move-in fees, transportation, basic housing necessities, and more.
By supporting us with this campaign, you are supporting our vision to create a vibrant community where everyone has a place to call home.
